While the monster among men is certainly not the best mic worker in the company, he definitely tried to push himself in this promo. Whether or not it worked is up for judgement. One thing is clear, all cinematic matches bring out a very polarizing reaction from the fans.

While some new generation fans love WWE going the extra mile with these matches, many absolutely hate these over the top effects.

However, one thing that no one can deny is that they do bring in additional attention. Coming back to Braun’s promo, it was creepy to say the least.

The Monster among men dictated a weird promo on how he somehow began idolizing the devil in the form of Bray Wyatt. His baptism into the messianic cult of Wyatt was seemingly after a serpent bit the eater of worlds repeatedly on his face and he kept on laughing.

That’s why the two are going back to the swamp where they once started their association. One thing is for sure, the horror movie fans in WWE’s creative team are certainly using their existing job to fulfill their unsatiated ambitions.

Come Extreme Rules, they will be going all out spooky. Not to say that’s a bad thing. Pro Wrestling and the WWE are all about over the top gimmicks and suspension of disbelief.

It looks like fans on Twitter agree.

Twitter polarized over the Braun Strowman promo

Twitter reactions over the segment ranged from hilarious to supportive.
