Jey Uso and Gunther put on a formidable fight on Raw tonight in an attempt to advance to the finals of the King and Queen of the Ring in 2024. After a hard-hitting few minutes, Gunther got away with the victory despite Jey Uso coming close to it for a second. While The Ring General secured his deserved place in the Saudi Arabian PLE card, fans still ain’t over the ‘Yeet’ chants and lambasted Triple H for the constant sidelining of Jey Uso.

Usually, Tony Khan has the notoriety of misusing and mismanaging talents, tearing down their potential, etc. Now, in fans’ meticulous judgment, Triple H comes down on the same page.

Ever since leaving Bloodline behind, Jey Uso has been living a prosperous time in his career. He started to rebel against his family members back in the Royal Rumble last year when Bloodline attacked Sami Zayn. Falling from the good grace of the Tribal Chief, the Main Event Jey Uso lost a head-on tribal combat battle at SummerSlam as Jimmy Uso got in his way. With this, Jey Uso’s connection to the blue brand reached, and as a brand new assignment on Raw alongside Cody Rhodes took over. The sparkling new tag team (Rhodes and Uso) garnered immense popularity instantly and claimed the Undisputed Tag Team championship to their name, even if it was for a very short period. Next, the elder twin brother stood strong at the most anticipated brother vs brother fight at WrestleMania 40.

All of these culminated in Jey Uso becoming a solo star worth the Hall of Fame career. His backlash entrance swept fans off their feet. The constant Yeet chants clearly said that a new legend is in the making. But despite pushing him so high, WWE kept on depriving him of a title run since April.

Fans aren’t really convinced about how Triple H uses Jey Uso and didn’t shy away from calling him out for the same.

One random fan compared his style to that of Tony Khan’s infamous talent-burying spree.

Others flocked in the comments to agree.

Fans give Triple H the ‘Tony Khan’ treatment after Jey Uso’s massive loss on Raw

Jey Uso had a persistent animosity with his ex-faction. So, fans think it would be still bearable if WWE had planted a Bloodline member to cost him the match. It would add to the hype of the new Bloodline troop as well. But letting himself down in a rather flat storyline feels more humiliating for some.

A few of them completely disapprove of Uso’s loss.

WWE fans are whimsical, especially on social media. A week back, they went mad with the creative for making Uso win against Ilza Dragunov in the KQTR quarterfinal match. Now, they showcased the different emotions altogether when it comes to Gunther. However, the arena-goers have mostly been enthralled with Uso, validating his over-the-top persona. So fans are not wrong at all when they rebel against the result with the logic of Jey’ Uso’s fan-favorite tag.
