Mayor of Knox County and the Devil’s Favourite Demon, Kane is heading into the WWE Hall of Fame. Kane’s kayfabe brother and WWE legend Undertaker broke the news to him in a highly emotional video call. He joins Molly Holly, Eric Bischoff, and The Great Khali in the 2021 Class.

Many claimed Kane deserved to enter the WWE Hall of Fame a long time ago but expressed their happiness over his induction. Along with the ‘millions of Kane-nites’, several WWE Superstars also congratulated the Big Red Machine on this significant achievement.

Among those congratulating Kane were his former rivals, Triple H, JBL and Zack Ryder. In an infamous Raw moment, the Big Red Machine wheeled Zack Ryder, stuck to his wheelchair off the stage, and stalked his girlfriend, Eve Torres.

When John Cena rescued her from Kane, she cheated on Ryder with Cena. Glad to hear Ryder has a sense of humor about it.

Two authority figures also paid tribute to the Big Red Machine. One of them is a fellow Hall of Fame inductee Eric Bischoff, and the other is Stephanie McMahon. Steph even joked about the distasteful and controversial segment involving Katie Vick.

Finally, congratulations came in from Trish Stratus, Al Snow, Erick Rowan, and former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. McIntyre and Kane shared the ring quite a few times during the former’s initial run in the WWE. McIntyre even defended his Intercontinental Championship against the Big Red Machine at Elimination Chamber 2010.

The Big Red Machine’s WWE achievements

In his nineteen years as an active wrestler, Kane generated a legacy that will live forever. His character might’ve been hokum, but he delivered such masterful performances that he received a vast amount of plaudits.

His rivalries against the likes of the Undertaker, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Edge are some of the most intense rivalries in WWE history.

Kane is a three-time World Champion and a whopping twelve-time Tag Team Champion. He’s won the IC Title, the 24/7 title, and the Hardcore title, making him only the third Grand Slam Champion in WWE history. He’s even won the Money in the Bank briefcase in 2010.

One of Kane’s most important achievements is his Royal Rumble record. Until Roman Reigns came along in 2014, Kane held the record for the most eliminations in a single Royal Rumble match.
