Dwayne Johnson might come off as a sedulous dark horse, balancing his numerous commitments in life. However, he, too, needs some episodic recesses to recharge and restart. Currently, the Brahma Bull has too much on his plate. On one hand, he’s actively preparing for the biggest wrestling festival of the year, WrestleMania 40. On the other hand, he’s playing a big part ahead of the UFL’s new season. That said, his grueling schedule could open up for a much-needed break after a jacked-up WrestleMania weekend.

Will The Rock go off TV post-WrestleMania 40?

The Rock took a temporary pause from Hollywood to make a monumental return to the WWE at the start of this year. He immediately plunged himself into the most intriguing storyline involving The Bloodline. Tuning right into fans’ demand, Johnson initiated a persona change and revived his heel tendencies ahead of WrestleMania 40. The Brahma Bull has continued wreaking havoc with powerhouse promos and vicious assaults. The Rock is set to clash with Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins alongside his Samoan cousin on WrestleMania Night 1. However, his WWE endeavor could reach a temporary halt after The Show of Shows due to his other commitments.

On Saturday night’s UFL kickoff, The Rock broke characters to welcome fans with a booming speech. Later, he issued another insightful Instagram post answering a lot of questions regarding Spring football’s future. The Hollywood star also reiterated his overall satisfaction with where the product stands now.

In the same post, DJ made another bombshell confession on his WWE endeavor. ”Yes, I am tired as f**k, yes, I am in the final week of training camp preparing for WrestleMania, and yes regardless of fatigue, we all have jobs to do and they all must get done’‘ the UFL co-owner noted in the caption.

However, things might not take a steep turn for The Rock’s involvement in WWE. That is at least according to a notable pro-wrestling figure.

WWE might have some other plans for the Brahma Bull

WWE is already bracing up for a much-anticipated Saudi Arabia return in May. Once the WrestleMania season is over, a new dawn emerges with possible new storylines and rivalries. When it comes to Roman Reigns, rumors have already earmarked a temporary break after a historic stint as champion. Now, despite The Rock teasing the same, WWE veteran Dutch Mantle doesn’t think he will be done only after resisting Cody Rhodes’ from finishing his story. Mantle rather thinks he’s meant for performing abroad. While he’s aware that Johnson might be busy shooting for his next big screen project in May and could miss WWE’s first Saudi Arabia event in that month, he believes WWE has some major plan to book him for the next Saudi Arabia VIP show.
