This weekend Sami Zayn will once again enter the War Games. But unlike last year, he won’t be fighting for The Bloodline on Saturday. On November 25, he will team up with Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, and Jey Uso. His team will take on Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio, and JD McDonagh.
Ever since his association with Bloodline, Zayn’s growth in the promotion has been pivotal. From mid-card talent to main eventer, the last couple of years brought lots of development in his career. That said, what is next for him after Survivor Series WarGames? Let’s explore.
Taking out The Judgment Day members one by one

Judgment Day has been a thorn in Zayn’s side a lot lately. Since his former tag team partner, Kevin Owens, left Raw and went to SmackDown, he was pretty much on his own. This made him an easy target for the heel faction. If it weren’t for his WarGames teammates, JD would have preyed upon him and destroyed him on Raw last month.
Luckily, Rhodes, Uso, and Rollins extended their support to him. After WarGames, it is possible that he would strategize for some payback for all the troubles the faction caused him. Taking them at once won’t be a practical idea, so he could potentially target the members one by one.
Plus, he also has a score to settle with the faction as they ripped the tag team titles off him at Payback. Speaking of which, he may want to reclaim those titles after WarGames.
Tagging with Jey to go after tag titles
There are quite a few possibilities of who might join Zayn as a tag team partner. But Jey Uso seems the most likely. The two share quite a history together and fans know that they have a special connection despite the recent animosity between them.
Therefore, after Wargames, the WWE Universe can see the two wrestlers banding together to challenge and clinch the tag team titles. Both were former tag team champs, so they surely must have some desire lingering deep down in their heart to hold the gold in their hearts again.

Seth Rollins might be Zayn’s next target
The tag team gold is not the only championship, Zayn might go after dealing with the JD business. In his decade-old career, he has never won a World Championship, so he might want to change that. Since he is no longer a tag team wrestler, he may go after one of the highest prizes available in the singles competition.
He had his chance to dethrone Roman Reigns and failed earlier this year. So he might go after Rollins and his WWE Heavyweight Championship this time. There are multiple creative roads that his future storyline can take, so you will have to wait and watch to find out what WWE has decided for him next.
