This week’s WWE SmackDown was special. Not because the WWE Universe witnessed amazing in-ring action or the aftermath of Bloodline’s implosion but because there were a lot of last-minute creative changes. And as a result, fans ended up losing some of the potentially amazing matches. 

And the suspected name behind all these changes is none other than Vince McMahon. He once again used his creative power to make last-minute alterations in several matches. However, one match fans are exceptionally upset about is Bayley‘s encounter with Shotzi for the spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match.

Fans are not happy as Vince McMahon used his creative power on SmackDown

 It is reported that Vince McMahon was quite active in the creative department during this week’s SmackDown and he made a number of changes. However, one change that upset the fans the most was the cancellation of Bayley and Shotzi’s one-on-one match. 

The match was being advertised on the WWE Network until the company removed it at the very last moment. This made fans very upset as they were quite excited about their encounter.

They came online and started to express their feelings via tweets. While, Some fans are upset that Bayley has proved herself so many times in front of Vince McMahon, still, she gets the treatment like that, otherS are just angry with McMahon’s interference and want him to leave the creative department to Triple H.

These fans are feeling bad for Bayley who lost her big chance because of McMahon’s interference.

These fans are not happy with Vince McMahon for once again making creative decisions.

This isn’t the only time when Bayley had to lose her match because of last-minute modifications.

The same happened a few months ago when the former WWE SmackDown champion had to compromise with her screen time.

In January 2023, during the 30th anniversary of Monday Night Raw, Bayley and ‘The Man’ Becky Lynch were set to face each other inside a steel cage match.

But because of poor time management, ‘The Bloodline’ segment took more than expected time. And, as an outcome, Lynch and Bayley’s match was cut from the show.

And now when it happened again, the wrath of WWE Universe is pretty justified. However, the good news is that Bayley is not yet out of the Money in the Bank ladder match scenario. And since there is still one episode of SmackDown left before the big event, there are hopes that Bayley will probably get her chance next week.
