The Undertaker has been part of some iconic matches in WWE. In fact, some of his performances are considered the greatest ever. However, one match he sincerely regrets is his bout against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 33.
Roman Reigns versus the Undertaker was a dream for many. Unfortunately, the match never lived up to its expectations. Undertaker was sluggish throughout the match, and Reigns picked up the win at the grandest stage of them all.
Undertaker’s documentary, ‘The Last Ride‘, has created waves around the wrestling world. Taker has come forth with many topics, and now he has talked about how embarrassed he is with his performance.

“There was so much emotion. You have to think of everything that is going on right there at that moment—the utter disappointment of the performance that I just give. There is the shearing pain that is running down my leg coupled with the fact that this is the last time that I am going to come and be on this stage in this manner.
“I don’t think there is anything any more real than me putting those gloves and that hard and the coat down,” Undertaker said.
Undertaker put down his coat and hat after the match. Everyone thought that was it; the last of the Phenom. He broke his character for the first time in three decades and kissed his wife, Michelle McCool, on air. Michelle had commented on the same by saying, “ He left the Undertaker persona in the ring, literally, but he broke character for the first time in 30 years and kissed me on air.”

However, Undertaker returned because he felt this wasn’t the way he wanted to go out. He wanted to make an exit that would highlight his career forever. He had matches with John Cena, AJ Styles, and made countless appearances in live television. It is rumored that he’ll be facing Styles again in SummerSlam to continue their feud.
The fans want Undertaker around for many more years. He is 55 at the moment and is not getting any younger by the day. As long as he continues to perform, we are confident the matches will be fondly remembered.
