The Undertaker has been a part of the wrestling industry for a long time. Debuting in 1987, The Undertaker became an overnight sensation and kept his star shining brightly for a long time. But even after his retirement and induction into the Hall of Fame, Mark Calaway (The Undertaker’s real name) has followed along with his passion for wrestling.

Before being inducted by WWE into the Hall of Fame, Taker gave an unconventional speech. While the norm is that one dear friend or family of the inductee introduces the legend, they come out and speak at the podium. But being the Undertaker, Calaway wanted to connect with his audience for one last time before he left the ring.
The Undertaker talks about the Hall of Fame speech
In an interview with Sports Illustrated, the Undertaker said, “I knew I had to do something different. I didn’t know I was going to completely reinvent the wheel. It was the first time in a live atmosphere for me to show the man behind the hat. As JBL said to me afterward, ‘What a roll of the dice.’ I was really happy with how it turned out.”

Not only did we see The Undertaker in a suit walking in circles in the ring, but he was also emotional in front of the WWE Universe. His speech lightened a lot of hearts and inspired us even more. One great thing that WWE announced a few days ago, fans can meet The Undertaker face to face. At the Nashville show, scheduled to take place before SummerSlam, he is going to reveal some spicy stories from his decorated 3 decades in the industry. Cheekily called the 1 deadMan Show, having fun with the wordplay on a 1-man show. This is going to be just The Undertaker and his fans.
