WWE inducted The Undertaker into the Hall of Fame on April 1. The fans had long anticipated the Hall of Fame speech by The Deadman and it exceeded expectations. The Hall of Fame Class of 2022 headliner delivered an incredible address filled with emotion and humor that captured the fans’ hearts. However, he did manage to take a dig at some WWE Superstars.

The Undertaker’s speech was surreal as he provided an overview of his career and thanked almost every fan and wrestler he encountered along the way. Moreover, he thanked his family and told some incredible stories from his life that delighted the WWE Universe. This included a dig at his on-screen brother, WWE Hall of Famer Kane.

What did The Undertaker say about Kane during his Hall of Fame speech?

During his speech, he thanked some WWE legends that were instrumental to his career. Fellow WWE Hall of Famers like Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and others made their way into The Phenom’s address.

He did not forget his Brothers of Destruction tag team partner and said, “Big Kane. Oh, I am sorry, he insists I call him Mr.Mayor now.”

This hilarious dig at the WWE Hall of Famer’s political career made everybody laugh. The Undertaker took it a step further when he said that Kane stole all his moves. However, it was all meant in good humor as the fans, The Deadman, and even Kane laughed.

When did WWE legend Kane become a mayor?

Kane had a legendary career in WWE. Introduced as The Undertaker’s brother decades ago, Kane dominated WWE during his time. However, the man behind the red mask, Glenn Jacobs, had even bigger aspirations when it came to his career.

Hence, ‘The Big Red Machine’ slowly started transitioning out of WWE and into a political career.

In 2018, Glenn Jacobs won the election for the Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee. He still serves as their Mayor. WWE inducted Kane into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2021, i.e. just a year before his on-screen brother, The Undertaker.
