The Phenom showed up in the recent episode of WWE’s The Bump to talk about various topics. He discussed his career, being a Dallas Cowboys fan, and his role as an ambassador for WWE.

The interviewer asked Undertaker how he felt appearing in a different role for WWE in Texas. He said that he thought it was interesting, and he was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.

“Again, I’m a Cowboys fan. I love being in the AT&T stadium, the WrestleMania there was just incredible.”

Referring to his character, Taker said it was fun to get out of the box of his gimmick and do what he wanted.

The Undertaker felt he needed to put his gimmick away.

While talking on WWE’s The Bump, Undertaker said that 2020 felt like the right year to retire. He felt like it was time to put away his wrestling boots because he felt like he was in the middle of his two characters, the American Badass character, and The Deadman. Both gimmicks came together in his last match with AJ Styles.

“It’s different, It’s fun, that Undertaker character, obviously it’s served me well, but it’s also time to put that away and be able to use still the 30 years that I’ve been on WWE TV and still do things like that.”

In his other interviews also, Taker feels like his time has passed. He can’t perform at the highest level as he did when he was in his prime.
