Mandy Rose has been the talk of the town ever since she was released by WWE in December. 2022 also saw the exit of Mercedez Varnado aka Sasha Banks from WWE. After a stellar run as the NXT Women’s champion that lasted more than a year, Rose lost the title to Roxanne Perez. She was given her marching orders from the promotion the next day.
This move caught many by surprise as her career’s trajectory was on the up, following her impressive run in the NXT. Even more surprising is the fact that she earned millions post her exit from the company.
Rose’s refusal to shut down her FanTime account is said to be the primary reason for her being released from WWE. Now FanTime has revealed that she earned a million dollars last month through her account only, which is way more than what she would make from her time in the squared circle. The amount of limelight that her exit from the company garnered could also be a driving factor.

A look back at the WWE career of Mandy Rose
In the sixth season of Tough Enough, Rose took the ring moniker of Mandy Rose and had her initial stint in the NXT. She formed an alliance with Paige and Sonya Deville to form Absolution during her starting days in the main roster. Before being shipped back to NXT where she went through a career renaissance of sorts. Rose was the leader of Toxic Attraction during her 2nd stint in the NXT. Gigi Dollin and Jacy Jayne were the other members of the notorious faction.
The Golden Goddess’s wrestling career failed to hit the heights of Becky Lynch or Charlotte Flair. However, she was making a name for herself in the black and gold brand before her run was cut short. It’s safe to say that she might not be regretting the WWE’s decisions, owing to the incredible money she got for her time away from the promotion.
Fans make fun of WWE over Rose’s earnings
Wrestling fans are known to be quite unapologetic in their comments. This was certainly the case when Rose’s earnings from last month were revealed by FanTime. Many took a potshot at the promotion and were made fun of while at it.

Honestly, @WWE should bring her back and rechristen her as Million Dollar Mandy. Even give her the Million Dollar title … Just throwing out ideas here.

Mandy Rose sure left the WWE in a precarious position. The promotion might not have had any other options than releasing her and that’s what they did. But with the amount of a million in her bank account, Rose is surely having the last laugh.
