Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson undoubtedly is the biggest star in all of professional wrestling. Rocky reached the pinnacle of sports entertainment within a couple of years of his WWE debut. However, the path to the top wasn’t an easy as it looked on screen. And same goes with his Hollywood career.
The Rock has several top grossing blockbusters to his name. Not just movies, he’s also part of an exciting TV series on HBO. And speaking of series, there’s one world-famous series that wants ‘The People’s Champion‘ on at least a few of their episodes. Don’t scratch your heads, the series is The Simpsons!

WWE and Hollywood Star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson alongside Lisa in The Simpsons?
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is an entity that everyone wants to snatch. After all, there are only a handful of actors in this world that bring what the ‘Great One’ brings to the table.
During a latest ComicCon@Home, Yeardley Smith, voice of Lisa Simpson, talked about how The Rock would be a natural fit in The Simpsons.

In fact, Yeardley Smith also revealed that they even have a storyline in mind with Lisa and The Rock. She even pleaded to everyone watching that if they knew The Rock, then let him know The Simpsons team is waiting on him.
She said, “There is a story that we came up with, Lisa and The Rock, but we don’t know yet. We’re still hoping The Rock will hear us. If anybody knows The Rock, tell him that we want that!”
Just as Yeardley Smith said it, a laugh broke across the virtual room. But then the spark from Yeardley quickly caught fire as Caroline Omine said The Rock could be closer to Springfield than first thought.

Although there is no official word from The Simpsons or Dwayne Johnson himself, it’s a no brainer that he would be a great addition and would make some great episodes on TV. After all, is there anything The Rock can’t do? And honestly, who doesn’t want to see Lisa and The Rock side-by-side. Now that’s a dream team!
