Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson surely knows how to hustle. You walk into any room with The Rock, and he would be the ‘hardest worker in the room.’ If The Rock’s gym could talk, it would spill workout secrets of the living legend.

The Rock is superhuman!

In a new video on The Rock’s YouTube channel, his strength and conditioning coach, Dave Rienzi, provided a detailed picture of the insane exercises WWE Superstar was doing for the NFL Super Bowl.

After popping a ZOA Energy and dynamic warmup, coach Rienzi started with a couple of moves that target the glutes. “Fire up those glutes,” Dave Rienzi mentioned. Next, he does 3 sets of 12 reps on the abductor machine, then 3 sets of 12 reps of reverse hypers, with a 2-second hold. He also suggested performing hip thrust as an alternative to reverse hypers for the same number of reps and hold.

Later, the conditioning coach focuses on warming up the knees, performing 3 sets of 20 reps on leg extensions. Again, he is seen drinking the ZOA Energy as a booster when he moves ahead and says, “Now the real fun starts,” onto leg presses, lunges, and squats. He does 4 sets of 25 reps, increasing the weight with each set for leg press.

Then he does 4 sets of 24 steps for lunges with massive plates, chains, barbells, or dumbbells. And 4 sets of 15 reps of safety bar squats with chains, taking 2 minutes of rest between the sets. Dave Rienzi finishes the workout routine by lighting the hamstrings with 3 sets of 12 single-leg curls or seated leg curls with the exact figures.

ZOA Energy is the key for the WWE Megastar

Just imagine how superhuman The Brahma Bull looks while doing this routine. In the last montage of the video, ‘The Rock’ is seen doing the insane workout and drinking ZOA Energy that made him prepare for the Super Bowl LVI.
