Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock is one of the most famous wrestlers that came out of WWE. After leaving WWE, The Rock went on to become an actor, solidifying his status as a global superstar. The Rock gained numerous fans from every corner of the world.

In addition, Johnson’s fame extends beyond humans. On his 50th birthday, Atlantic White Shark Conservancy shared a photo of a massive white shark which is named after him. They Tweeted, “Happy Birthday to @TheRock! Meet WS “The Rock”, named after Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson! This tough white shark had a huge injury on its dorsal fin back in 2017, but our research team was able to see the injury heal over time! It’s impressive to see how resilient sharks are!

Great white sharks are becoming increasingly rare as a result of years of being targeted for their fins and teeth by humans. However, The Atlantic White Shark Conservancy is devoted to white shark research in the region.

Adding to this, they discovered this white shark in 2017 and found him with large damage to his dorsal fin; nevertheless, they spotted him in time and successfully treated him. Following that, they named the shark after Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

The Rock Birthday wishes

Wrestler turned actor “The Most Electrifying Man in All Entertainment” had gained fans all across the globe. In addition, on May 2, he celebrated his 50th birthday. He received good wishes from all across the world, including from several celebrities, who took social media to wish him.

One of them is Ellen DeGeneres who wished Johnson on Twitter. She posted a video of Best of Dwayne Johnson at the Ellen Show. She tweeted “Happy 50th birthday, Dwayne. You are rock-solid.” To which The Rock replied, “Mahalo, my friend!! Great times we’ve had over the years. Sexiest Man stuff, lots of love, and extremely cool fanny packs.”

Dana White, the president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, on Twitter, wished his friend and business partner Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson on his 50th birthday.

Stephanie McMahon, the chief brand officer of WWE, also wished Johnson a happy birthday, saying, “Congratulations on a half-century of greatness.”

In addition, American film and entertainment company Warner Bros wished for Johnson as he turned 50. Additionally, The Brahma Bull collaborated with Warner Bros in several films.
