Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson congratulated WWE Legend Bret Hart on his induction into the Walk of Fame. Recently, Bret ” The Hitman” Hart got inducted into Canada’s Walk of Fame.
Bret Hart is a former 5-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion. He was among the most decorated WWE Superstars during the “New Generation Era”. During his wrestling career, he had various heated rivalries, which resulted in some epic matches.
Recently, The Rock made a special appearance at Canada’s Walk of Fame event. He was accompanied by AEW star Chris Jericho. Moreover, Canada’s Walk of Fame Twitter account thanked him for his appearance. In return, the Rock wrote a sweet message congratulating Bret Hart for his new achievement.

Bret Hart and The Rock share a friendly relation right from their WWE days. Although Bret Hart fought The Rock only once, they share a good bond. They both competed against each other for the Intercontinental Championship when Rock was in his Rocky Maivia gimmick.
The Rock admires Bret Hart for supporting him in his early WWE days
The People’s Champ shares a good bond with WWE Legend Bret Hart. During the early days of his WWE career, Bret Hart had supported him in his career path and guided him.
In an interview, The Rock spoke about his relationship with Bret Hart, where he credited Hart for being a supportive superstar backstage. During the interview, he saw a guy wearing Bret Hart’s t-shirt, which reminded him of Hart’s helping hand.

Talking about Bret Hart, he said, “The T-shirt he’s wearing, is [of] a guy who didn’t have to be, but he was so good to me when I was a rookie professional wrestler, and his name was Bret “The Hitman” Hart.
“He comes from a very famous wrestling family. But at that time, he was World Champion and there were a lot of guys in that world at that time, in ’96, that didn’t necessarily embrace me. Just when I was a rookie coming in. Because everyone is hungry for the spot and there’s a lot of sharks in the water, but that guy, Bret, and he was World Champion, showed me how it’s done.”

The Rock and Bret Hart had a great love for wrestling, which made them respectful to each other. Moreover, Bret Hart knew about The Rock’s wrestling family and could also be a reason for Hart being good to The Rock.
