WWE Superstar and Hollywood star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently blew up the internet with his T-Rex fossil collection.
The People’s Champ featured in a live interview with the Manning Cast on the ‘Wild Card’ broadcast. He joined the Manning Cast for a live NFL match.
Moreover, ‘The Rock’ is also a former football player and played college football. However, he went undrafted in the 1995 NFL Draft.

He talked about the NFL match and also recalled his days as a football player. During the interview, The Rock’s screen showed fans a mystery T-Rex skull in his house, which stunned the fans. As per the reports, a mystery buyer bought the original T-Rex fossil for $31.8 million in an auction.
However, fans made their conclusions that The Rock was the mystery buyer. In a recent post on Instagram, The Rock posted the picture of his house mentioning the T-Rex fossil.

The fossil at The Rock’s house is a replica of the original T-Rex fossil. He mentioned how the STAN fossil was discovered in 1987 and was excavated in 1992 and also revealed how he is fond of paleontological and archaeological science.
He wrote, “After my LIVE interview on last night’s #ManningCast on @NFL’s Monday Night Football, there’s been tons of worldwide speculation in the world of science ~ that I am the “mystery buyer” of the original T-REX skull, known as STAN. I am not the mystery buyer.”
“In my home office, this is my REPLICA CAST of STAN that I had made and purchased from my friends at The Black Hills Institute of Geological Research and Paleontological Excavations.”
The Rock also wrote that if he was the owner of STAN, he would have kept the fossil in the museum, so that the whole world could “enjoy, study and learn.”

The Rock admits being obsessed with “Dinosaurs”

The Hawaiian islands have beautiful lands with mountains surrounding them, a perfect location for movie sets. In his post, he mentioned the location of the original film set of Jurassic Park and his movie Jumanji. Further, he opened up about his obsession with dinosaurs.

“I’m obsessed with dinosaurs (true story) so I’d imagine this is exactly what my facial expression and body language would communicate if I lived 65 million years ago and stood tall in front of a Tyrannosaurus Rex.”
The Rock’s Jumanji movie has various locations from the movie that resembles the Hawaii islands. It almost depicts the ancient era of the Jurassic period. Moreover, the Jumanji series has got a huge appreciation from the audience with its epic storyline and movie scenes.
