The People’s Champ has scaled the heights of superstardom in both professional wrestling entertainment and Hollywood. During both his WWE tenures, Dwayne The Rock Johnson has shared the ring with legends and he still continues to follow and support WWE as well. But apart from wrestling, The Rock is an ardent fan of boxing, and supports many superstars, especially Tyson Fury.

However, on this Saturday, the WBC Heavyweight championship match will take place at the Wembley Stadium in London, England. In the match, Tyson Fury will fight against Dillian Whyte defending his WBC and The Ring heavyweight titles.

Prior to the big event. Dwayne Johnson sent his support for his ”brother” Tyson Fury via Instagram on Wednesday.

Dwayne The Rock Johnson Sends Best Wishes to Tyson Fury Ahead of the Heavyweight Championship

Tyson Fury is a two-time world heavyweight champion, undefeated in 32 fights as of now. In his last fight, ‘The Gypsy King’ ended the unbeaten streak of American heavyweight boxer Deontay Wilder. Saturday’s match is a homecoming for the Irish champion, as he is returning to the UK after three years spent in America.

On Wednesday, Dwayne The Rock Johnson, who is a big fan of boxing and a close friend of Tyson Fury, showed his support to him via Instagram. In his special video message, ‘The Great One’ wished the best of luck to Fury as well as his opponent Dillian Whyte.

Tyson, I wanna wish you the best of luck in your upcoming fight. I wanna wish you and Dylan, your opponent, the best of luck. Just two great sportsmen and I know it without a shadow of a doubt, the both of you will leave it all in the middle of the ring.”

As the epic fight will take place in Wembley before over 90,000 people, The Rock spoke about how exciting it will be. “But I also know that this one is very special for you, Tyson. Because this is your homecoming. It is 95, or 100000 people rocking that Wembley stadium. I love it.” The Rock added. Although Wembley stadium’s capacity is 90,000, there are reports it will contain more audience than that. The WWE legend’s riveting prediction may as well be true, as the heavyweight title match can captivate over 90, 000 boxing fans in Wembley.

Furthermore, the Fast& Furious star expressed his admiration towards Tyson Fury for what he does inside and outside the ring. He appreciated the humanity, kindness, inspiration, and motivation Fury shows to the world, including The Rock himself. Dwayne Johnson concluded his words, saying, “So much love to you, brother, your family, and your team. Have a great fight, kick a**. And most importantly, have fun.
