Coach Greg exposed The Rock

According to Greg, it is impossible for The Rock to maintain his current physique while consuming 8000 calories each day. Moreover, he mentioned The People’s Champ, who weighs about 270 pounds at his peak, is a little bigger than him. He stated, “l ride bikes, I do a ton of cardio. I can tell you there is no way The Rock burns enough calories to average 8000-6000 calories a day and look like this. If he actually ate those kinds of calories, 6 to 8 thousand calories a day, he would be a hundred pounds overweight.”

He also provided a ballpark figure for The Rock’s intake, estimating it to be at least $4,000. In addition, he addressed The Rock’s assertion that his breakfast consisted of a buffalo, cream of broccoli, and eggs, he responded by saying that Johnson lied about his diet since if he ate 6000–8000 calories a day, he would be required to eat 1000 calories at each meal. He continued, Johnson’s breakfast doesn’t include more than 1000 calories.

Consequently, he claimed, “Every day I personally eat more than I see Rock eat. Yet I eat an average of 3500 cal a day. I usually eat 3 to 4 thousand cal a day. How can The Rock eat twice what I eat? Is he twice my size? Does he work out twice as much as Coach Greg, is he racing bikes as far as I am, is he even doing a s*** ton of cardio? I don’t think so, so how do you think that The Rock is staying in the shape that he is if he’s eating that many calories? News flash, report Greg right here, reporting the news, The Rock’s lying.”

Dwayne Johnson once explained why he lacks flawless abs

Johnson and his ‘Jungle Cruise’ co-star Emily Blunt sat down for an open discussion with WIRED in 2021 to answer the most frequently asked questions. During the interview, he was questioned about what was wrong with his abs.

The Rock said, “The problem was, which a lot of people don’t know, in a wrestling match, I tore the top of my quad off my pelvis. It went bang in a wrestling match. And then what that did, that caused a chain reaction and it tore my abdomen wall. So then I had to do a triple hernia emergency surgery…so, they’re not, like, perfect abs.”
