On this week’s edition of the blue brand show, Waller faced Jey in the main event of the show. During the ending segment of the match, fans saw him performing The People’s Elbow on Johnson’s cousin. He flaunted in front of the crowd and took a few seconds to tease ‘The Great One’ before delivering the maneuver on his opponent.

We don’t know about the fans but it surely impressed ‘The Tribal Chief’ as he was chuckling was seen when it happened. Unfortunately for Waller, Jey moved out of the way and he crashed onto the mat. Jey then delivered a few maneuvers on Waller before pinning him to pick up the win.

After seeing this, the WWE Universe went online to share their reactions to this segment.

Fans convinced about Dwayne Johnson’s SummerSlam return

WWE is all about building storylines and rivalries. Fans think that this is another storyline that WWE is trying to build that will eventually see the return of ‘The Rock’. There is still hope among the people that Waller’s actions will agitate Johnson and, therefore, it will force him to come back to the squared circle.

It all started when Waller made his first move on ‘The Rock’. He made fun of Johnson’s debut outfit he wore at the 1996 Survivor Series in Madison Square Garden. It was a satin blue tribal ribbon outfit that Waller deemed as cringe-worthy.
