Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens have known each other for a long time. In their time in WWE, the two have been best friends as well as bitter enemies. Ever since Zayn betrayed Owens at Survivor Series WarGames last year to gain favor with Roman Reigns, the two have not been getting along.

However, this changed yesterday. On this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, the WWE Universe saw the epic reunion of The Prizefighter and The Underdog from the Underground. And this beautiful moment left the fans emotional.

The former Honorary Uce has been wanting KO’s support to destroy The Bloodline ever since he turned his back on Roman Reigns at The Royal Rumble 2023. But the latter was hell-bent on putting an end to the villainous faction on his own. However, this changed last night.

The main event of the March 17 edition of the blue brand brought tears to the whole WWE Universe’s eye. The audience saw The Prizefighter finally put his past grievances aside to join forces with his frenemy, Zayn. After months of anticipation and hope, the fans, at last, got to see the two stars on the same page.

In the opening moments of yesterday’s show, fans saw Cody Rhodes‘ failed attempt to reunite the former friends, the Champion of the People and KO. After a while, a segment showcased Zayn calling Owens his brother. Later that night, as the show approached its end, The Usos ganged up on the red-bearded superstar.

Luckily, Owens came to rescue The Underdog from the Underground from The Usos. After neutralizing The Bloodline threat, KO hugged Zayn, showing that he accepts his friendship and support. This moment received the loudest pop from the crowd. And the fans haven’t been able to stop talking about it ever since.
