The Miz and his wife Maryse were absolutely livid after what happened to the two of them because of WWE Hall of Famer Edge on tonight’s edition of Monday Night Raw. While performing in a segment, Edge went to his crazier side and gave the couple (and their special guest, WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff) a bloodbath at their vow renewal ceremony.

In a backstage segment after the show, the former Intercontinental champion promised that he would end Edge’s career when the two former WWE champions face each other at the WWE Day 1 PPV on January 1st.

The couple appeared backstage, still soaked from that gooey ‘bloodbath’. A seething Miz said, “Day 1, we are going to end him. He is going to be done with his career, with everything. You Understand? I am so sorry this happened. This is never going to happen again.”

Given that the couple has played a fair share of mind games on the Hall of Famer, it won’t be surprising to see The Miz resorting to ill means to get a win against ‘The Ultimate Opportunist.’

Now, away from the title picture, this is Edge’s third feud since his return. The second one was with Seth Rollins, which he won after a brutal showdown in Saudi Arabia at Crown Jewel.

However, nobody knows how much time the Rated R Superstar has left (physically) because his neck is a sensitive issue. With the creative control behind the scenes, maybe the WWE Universe will witness one last run of Edge as the champion.
