Bobby Lashley’s impressive physique is only a welcome addition to his unbelievable talent. Aside from being a collegiate wrestler and star athlete in the armed forces, Lashley’s also an experienced mixed martial artist.
In a special report conducted by Train, a fitness magazine/website, Bobby Lashley revealed his workout routine.
“I view strength training not just as physical fitness, but a direct link to my fight conditioning. You have to train with the fight in mind. You can’t just randomly lift weights. Your strength training is conditioning–it can’t be separate. My trainer is very good at pushing my limits, allowing me to create more stop and go power. That’s what you need.”
Lashley follows a strict six-day workout routine.
