Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson electrified the world of sports entertainment when he made his surprise return to WWE on RAW Day 1. The San Diego crowd erupted when Brahma Bull’s music hit, and he walked out in front of the crowd.

What made the moment more special was the fact that the fans were teased by the promotion by making them think that the former champion whom they said would be making a comeback turned out to be Jinder Mahal. The ‘Modern Day Maharaja’ went on a rant against the United States of America when he made his return before the Rock walked in and taught him a lesson or two about humility. However, despite the verbal and physical brawl that ensued between the two, the Rock still praised the 37-year-old.

In a recent social media post uploaded by the Hollywood megastar on his Instagram account, the Rock talked about his experience of coming back to the WWE and what it felt like to make the return. The caption of the post contained a message for the WWE universe as it read, “These ‘electrifying’ nights are so special and unforgettable. The connection with the people, the energy, vibe, authenticity, disruption, love, mana — the CHILLS. And now we raise the bar and do things that have never been done before in @wwe. We go all out. And all in. ~ people’s champ.”

But in the montage, he also had some praise to share for Jinder Mahal. In the uploaded video, he could be seen saying the following for the ‘Maharaja’: “The guy in there tonight, Jinder Mahal, The guys’s a stud. He looks like a million bucks. It was great to mix it up with him, dropping those people’s elbows on him.”

Well, it looks like the Rock still likes the 37-year-old, despite what ensued. And as we all know, he is currently looking forward to the other things he has on his agenda. And so far it looks like the main target is set on squaring off against the ‘Tribal Chief’ Roman Reigns. And it’s not just us, even veterans of the sport are talking about it.

In a recent episode of his ‘Hall of Fame with Booker T and Brad Gilmore’ podcast, Booker T shared how it would be the correct time for Brahma Bull to square off against the Tribal Chief. Booker said, “It’s got a buzz. Everybody talking about it. I think that’s the modus operandi. I think that’s what that is, more than anything.” “For me, you don’t want to let that thing simmer too long.”

He further added, “Roman’s in his prime, at the height of his title reign. It’s not gonna get any higher than this,”. The Rock also hinted at his promo that he would like to sit at the top of the table, and in his aforementioned recent Instagram video, the caption “And now we raise the bar and do things that have never been done before in @wwe.” could hint at the possibility of him facing his cousin Reigns and the Bloodline and defeating them. Could he even take the titles off him? That moment sure would break more social media records than he already did.
