John Cena faces one of his biggest battles at Fastlane this Saturday. He is teaming up with LA Knight to put Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa in their place for all their wicked deeds. Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa have been running amok, laying waste to anything that comes their way. However, despite Cena suffering for it when he lost his OG tag team partner AJ Style, he seems to believe that it’s just a symptom of the faction continuing to fragment.
He feels like with Roman Reigns barely in the picture, the two causing havoc is just a failing way to stay on top.

While appearing on WWE’s The Bump, Cena was very blunt about The Bloodline’s end. He said, “The Bloodline has a great thing going, it’s also very frail at the same time and I think people can sense the frailty, the house of cards is blowing in the wind and that’s when everybody is like ‘yo, I can step up and do this’. I don’t blame them for trying to do everything they can to solidify their position at the top. I don’t know. I guess I’m the guy foolish enough to step up anyway regardless”.
The Bloodline came into existence in July 2021 and was further strengthened by Solo Sikoa’s addition in September 2022. Since then, they have been the most dominant faction in the WWE, specifically terrorizing SmackDown. But since Night of Champions in May, there have been cracks in the faction.
This crack majorly developed due to Jimmy Uso attacking Reigns as he felt that The Tribal Chief disrespected The Usos. This led to a tag team battle called The Bloodline Civil War which took place at MITB in London. The Usos went on to beat Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa that night. Then later on SmackDown, Sikoa and Reigns brutally attacked Jimmy Uso, sending him to the hospital. To exact revenge for this vicious attack, Jey Uso challenged Reigns to Tribal Combat for his title at SummerSlam.
Sadly, Jimmy Uso turned on Jey Uso, attacking him and costing him the match and the title. Post this treachery, Jey Uso left SmackDown and joined RAW. In the meantime, Roman Reigns also went on vacation. This left The Bloodline in the hands of Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa. And now an exiled Jimmy is still trying to use The Bloodline for his personal gains. But John Cena seems to have called his bluff.

Ironically, that match was against Reigns for the Universal Championship title, which Cena sadly lost. Well, Cena might soon have a chance for retribution as Wrestling Observer Radio just reported that The GOAT might battle it out with Reigns for his title at Crown Jewel. Crown Jewel will take place in Saudi Arabia in November and Cena has already been advertised for the same.
