The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns is currently on a hot run. Reigns is currently experiencing the run of his life, with some of the top storylines. The Bloodline has been on a roll for the past few years and has dominated the entire roster.

However, as of recently, the stable seems to be on thin ice with Sami Zayn. Tension brewed recently after Owens pinned Zayn on the last episode of WWE SmackDown, resulting in Zayn and Reigns losing. Kevin Owens pinned Sami Zayn last week after Cena delivered an AA to Roman Reigns.

This week’s episode of WWE SmackDown saw the tension brew between Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn in the locker room. After Zayn took the pinfall, and Reigns suffered a defeat, The Tribal Chief was not in a good mood.

He out-bursted on Zayn, and mocked him. Reigns repeatedly asked Zayn for an apology. However, moments later, Reigns himself would present Zayn with an apology. This moment would be extremely unexpected and fans were least expecting The Tribal Chief to keep his ego aside, and apologize himself.

Fans were left in awe, and even Paul Heyman himself was shocked at the events that unfolded. Reigns apologizing himself sets this up for the future, and is the proof of good writing and storytelling.

Reigns apologizing to Sami Zayn came as a shocker, more so, because as many might remember in December 2021, Brock Lesnar had enticed Zayn to challenge Reigns for the title,

WWE Fans react to Roman Reigns apology to Sami Zayn

Over the last 3 years, Roman Reigns has been portrayed as the alpha male, who cannot be touched. However, ever since letting Zayn join the stable, Reigns has gone soft. Last week’s WWE SmackDown saw Reigns suffer the fate of an AA from Cena, while Zayn succumbed to a stunner from Owens.

However, this week Reigns approached Zayn and apologized for his mistake from last week, where he was unable to make the safe. Reigns apology this week shocked the fans, and they started reacting to it,

WWE Fans appreciated the quality of the storyline, the wrestling and the characters.

While another WWE fan was surprised at the turn of events that took place between Reigns and Zayn.

However, another WWE fan thought this to be one of Roman Reigns’ trick up his sleeve.

Later in the show, Owens would Challenge Reigns at Royal Rumble, which he accepted. Roman Reigns‘ fight against Kevin Owens has been a memorable one, and fans can again expect something big to take place.
