World famous wrestler turned actor Dwayne Johnson has influenced the lives of millions through his iconic in-ring career and his numerous box office hits. Apart from his usual big-budget identity as a wrestler, actor, and even an entrepreneur, the apparent iron-made man has a soft spot for music, just like most of us. Several times, The Rock shared his favorite playlists with his fans. His amazing hip-hop selections sparked discussion among the masses at the time.
5 years ago, in a YouTube Q & A video, The Rock shared his favorite track and his first experience of playing guitar. The Brahma Bull noted, ‘My all-time favorite song would have to be ‘You send me’ from Sam Cooke. I love the song. Sam Cooke is one of my favorite artists and again, that was the first song I learned to play on the guitar.’

He ended up singing two lines of the song close to his heart. The Hollywood star has also shared some of his other musical choices specific for a routine.

Apart from Sam Cooke, DJ has been a great fan of the Weather Girls. In a previous interview, Johnson revealed that he loves to work out with the track, ‘It’s Raining Men’. While this seems to be an offbeat choice, The Rock earlier shared his on-point music picks, especially during his early morning or late night tough gym session. Back in 2021, the actor partnered with Spotify and released his famous home gym playlist, ‘Iron Paradise’. It contained a wide variety of genres like Hip Hop, classic rock, metal, power ballads, etc.
