Money in the Bank is all about taking the big spots. Not only do we see them all around the ring, but with the help of the ladder as well. The recent Money in the Bank saw one of the craziest spots in the women’s Money in the Bank match.
But as WWE is live, there are many times that wrestlers do not perform well. The reason may be poor rehearsal or communication or just bad luck, but one thing’s for sure. These wrestlers put their life on the line by competing in these matches, just for our entertainment. So even if they make mistakes here and there, we can all respect their work in the ring.

Twitter reacts to the many botches in the Women’s Money in the Bank
Following the match, there were many reactions to the match and the various botches that occurred in the ring. While not many are positive, many display the love the WWE Universe has for their favorite superstars.
While the match included some of the greatest women in wrestling right now, like Asuka, Alexa Bliss, and Becky Lynch, there were also green wrestlers like Shotzi and Raquel.
Sheesh thought she was going to miss that for a sec, great recovery 👏🏽

That might have been the greatest sunset-flip power bomb from atop the ladder; the recovery by Liv Morgan was so close that both superstars saved their skin.
Liv recovered. Thankfully

Although the botch was visible even by an amateur, seeing the WWE Universe caring about the well-being of the wrestlers is such a wholesome thing to see.
Lacey was refusing to go for a second there 💀

The power bomb was not entirely one wrestler’s fault. However, this fan argues that because Lacey Evans was unable to match Morgan’s timing and she held on to the ladder for way too long.
That could have gone so wrong 😮

One thing that is very apparent in the WWE and other wrestling promotions is that wrestlers are very prone to injuries when in a gimmick match.

And with 7 wrestlers and unlimited ladders in all the corners, there are bound to be some botches that could go very wrong. Luckily, that was not the case with this match.
That powerbomb spot was terrifying…oh and Lacey punted out and didn't take the full bump

Another fan believed Lacey was a little mismanaged when it came to the landing. A classic example of a miscommunication in a gimmick match. This match saw many botches and the botches mainly included Shotzi, often. People on Twitter are nicknaming Shotzi; like this fan calling her ”Botchzi.”
Shotzi? More like Botchzi
— Donovan Williams (@Commonsensedon) July 3, 2022
Another Twitter user nicknamed Shotzi, “the Botch Machine”. But this fan replied to it saying that she will be so close to an injury if she keeps going with all of these botches.
She’s an injury waiting to happen

Respect to the women but this match fucking stinks
— Optimistic Celtics Fan (@BleedGreen_8) July 3, 2022
While this might be undermining the effort that all the women put in this match, calling this performance stinking like this fan is arguable. With all the botches and failed attempts at big moves, this is clearly not the greatest Money in the Bank match.
