Kevin Owens posted a video on Twitter where he addressed the people who are rarely spoken about on live television – the backstage workers.

Owens revealed that during the Elimination Match, when he was sitting in the pod awaiting his turn, he looked around the ThunderDome and realized the significant manual effort that goes behind making the production of each event possible.

“There are people out there that work behind the scenes at WWE, that work so incredibly hard to make all of this happen several times a week because we produce a lot of television on a weekly basis so that we can go out there and perform and entertain everyone, and we get the credit.

“But, the people behind the scenes, you know they really don’t get enough credit. This video is basically to just say thank you to all those people.

“Everyone from the production crew to the camera people, the stage managers, the catering crew, the guys in the trucks, girls in the trucks, and just anybody that works behind the scenes at WWE…. thank you to each of you.”

This is one of the rare times that a Superstar has mentioned the backstage workers. In all honesty, Owens has a point to make. The entire production along with the screens, the lighting, the synchronization requires massive effort.

Kevin Owens can still go after Roman Reigns

Kevin Owens couldn’t be the last man standing at Elimination Chamber. Owens eliminated Zayn, and when he was removed from the chamber, Jey Uso slammed the door on Owens’ arm. The referees outside tried to pull it back but to no avail.

Uso kept Owens locked while attacking him with kicks. This looked similar to the Royal Rumble 2021 moment when Owens handcuffed Reigns to the pole before attacking him.

After Uso released Owens, he delivered a Samoan Splash before eliminating Owens via pinfall. This might not be the end of the feud between Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens.

Even though he didn’t get the title shot at Elimination Chamber, he can still come after burying Reigns. One of his best chances is to team up with Edge and take Reigns down from the throne at WrestleMania.
