Hours after being admitted to a medical facility of his choice and availability, Afa took to social media to update his fans on the situation using a video while he was lying on the bed.

The WWE Hall of Famer began by saying, “I just wanna take this moment to say thank you for all the prayers and all the love.” He then added, “I’m okay, and thank God that everything’s okay, and continue to be. Road ahead. Thank you and I love you all.”

So, even though the former had a tough time dealing with his health condition in the last few hours, he is doing better now and wanted his fans and family members to know about the same.

The Hollywood star is not related to The Wild Samoan via blood. But since Johnson is a half-descendant of the Maivia family, he is still closely associated with the Anoa’i and Afa can be considered a distant uncle of his. On the other hand, The Tribal Chief is the real nephew of Afa as he is the son of Sika Anoa’i, the other half of The Wild Samoans.
