The relationship between Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio has been the glue that holds The Judgment Day together. The constant turmoil between Finn Balor and Damian Priest has kept the group on edge. However, the relationship has kept things light and enjoyable for now. Now, Dominik has gotten ink inspired by Ripley.

Apart from her dominating physique, the most eye-catching aspect of Ripley is her tattoos. Her body is a canvas for tattoo artists, and she is proud of it. Dominik added new ink to his canvas as a nod to his love.

Dominik joined the WWE in 2019 alongside his father, Rey Mysterio. Ripley joined the main roster in 2021, but until mid-2022, the two never crossed paths. Ever since Dominik joined The Judgment Day, Ripley and him have grown stronger as a kayfabe couple. The duo are practically unstoppable and go over easy with the fans.

Now, one of the most eye-catching features, as mentioned earlier about Ripley, is her tattoos. Her lower part is covered in them, adding to her intimidating appeal. During her initial run, where she wore pants, it was hard to notice the tattoos on her legs. However, with her new gear, it is easy to see the tattoos in all their glory.

In what can be said as a gesture of love inspired by a partner, Dominik got new ink on his knees. He took to his Instagram to post a story of his new ink. The first image in his story was of the tattoo artist Kris Kasino, who designed the tattoo on his knee. Following this was a video of the finished tattoo. The tattoo is the skull of an animal with its jaw open. A very menacing tattoo, it seems heavily inspired by something Ripley would get for herself.

Ripley has over 20 tattoos, while Dominik has a similar number. Being the son of a proud Latin American wrestler, Dominik followed in his father’s footsteps to cover his body with art. Now, taking inspiration from Ripley, he is continuing to do so. However, Dominik isn’t the only star tatted with ink for his love.

Tattoos for Bray Wyatt and tattoos for love

Tattoos are not a new concept in the WWE. They have been around since the start. It was around the Attitude and Aggression era when more stars were heavily tattooed up. Now, a tattoo wave recently swept the WWE during the passing of Bray Wyatt. Many of his fans and co-workers got his logo tattooed on themselves to show their respect.

On the subject of tattoos, another wrestler who is best known for his tattoos is Randy Orton. Similarly to Ripley, Orton gets an intimidating appeal from his tattoos. However, they are all not for intimidation, as his most recent one was for him and his wife. The duo got matching tattoos, with his wife Kim getting it on her collarbone while Orton got it below his left pec.

With Dominik’s new addition, it seems that the two wrestlers are going all in for their storyline.
