In this modern day and age, access to the internet has provided fans with a chance to interact with their favorite stars. However, sometimes it could backfire. While there have been many instances where stars oftentimes fumble when they confront online trolls, few of them initiate a smart comeback. One such case is of Seth Rollins. When a fan tried to troll Rollins for the time he takes off because of injuries, his one line was enough to put the fan back in its place as well as firing shots at Roman Reigns.

Seth Rollins trolls Roman Reigns

An interview by The Visionary where he commented on the injury status of CM Punk started doing rounds over the internet. In the interview, the 37-year-old star stated that by the time CM Punk gets back from his injury, he will sustain another injury. A fan noticed this and decided to call out Rollins as everyone is aware of how prone to injuries he is. Rollins came across the tweet and decided to give a reply that reminded fans why his title was the relevant one. He wrote, “Dawg I’ve taken less time off for injuries in the last 12 years than the other champ (Roman Reigns) has taken for vacation in the last 2 years…”

Everyone is aware that the former Sheild stablemates don’t look at each other eye-to-eye. After the Royal Rumble PLE, Rollins tried to persuade Cody Rhodes to challenge him at the WrestleMania 40. According to him, he works more than Reigns and this makes his title relevant. After his comments came out, The Tribal Chief made fun of him on the 02/02 episode of SmackDown by pointing at his injuries.

He also stated that even though he works less than Rollins, he still makes more money than him. The Visionary had betrayed The Shield back in 2014. While the stable did reunite two years later, it was disbanded again due to Dean Ambrose’s injury.

Even though they had a brief reunion, it looks like Reigns still has some score to settle with him and it could translate either to Elimination Chamber or WrestleMania 40.

A dream tag-team match

For those who saw the WrestleMania 40 Kickoff Press Event this Thursday, they had witnessed The Rock slapping Cody Rhodes. The first person to respond after Rhodes was slapped was Rollins. The current World Heavyweight Champion has admitted in the past that he has massive respect for Rhodes and this could have prompted him to help the former AEW star.

Apart from that, Johnson has turned completely heel and will be helping Reigns take down Rhodes. In such a case, the two-time Royal Rumble winner will need some help and The Visionary might be the perfect fit. And who knows, since there are rising tensions between Reigns and Rollins, we could get to see a tag team match anytime soon.
