Ronda Rousey is one of the toughest competitors in the combat sports industry. Hailing a varied background, Rousey is an expert at various fighting styles. With an Olympic medal in judo and an illustrious UFC career, the former UFC Bantamweight Champion can be a tough rock to mess with. Yet, her recent appearance failed to impress.

WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2022, one of the most anticipated PPVs of the year, promised several high-profile feuds. However, the event (including the Rousey vs Shotzi Blackheart) has not been able to amaze the fans with a few lacklustre matches.

The PPV began with the Women’s WarGames match, which Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch won for their team. Following the match, AJ Styles defeated Finn Balor in an impressive match. However, Ronda Rousey vs Shotzi was rather a disappointing match.

The match ended with Shotzi tapping out to an armbar by Ronda Rousey. However, the entire match was extremely slow paced, and saw a few botches as well. Fans were not enjoying the fight either and were rather happy with being over.

The match between these two superstars was not well appreciated by the fans. And, several of them took to the internet to state that they were glad that this match was over.

Fans react on Ronda Rousey winning her match against Shotzi

Ronda Rousey defended her WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship against Shotzi, and came out of it victorious. Shotzi tapped out to an arm-bar after a Piper’s pit. And fans on the internet were rather glad that the match was over.

Fans started calling out Rousey as a ‘Trash Champ.’

WWE fans even started calling out Triple H for his decision of keeping the belt on Ronda Rousey.

WWE and Becky Lynch fans also took to the Internet to portray their wish of seeing Lynch dethroning Rousey from the top.

With Rousey now victorious against Shotzi, fans are left wondering what is in store for her in the future. While fans were hoping for a Sasha Banks and Charlotte Flair return, they however were left disappointed. None of the returns took place, and Rousey rather took the W against her opponent.

With a rather disappointing string of matches, Rousey is left the Champion. However, there is no active feud for her. Fans can now only hope and wait to see what Triple H has in store for the Olympic medalist in the future.
