NXT Superstars Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae took to Twitter to announce they’re expecting their first child. The couple got engaged in 2016 and married in the same year in Disneyland.

Since then they’ve been living together, and now the good news of their first child is announced. Both the wrestlers formed ‘The Way’ faction last year in December with Gargano and LeRae serving as the “elders” for young wrestlers Austin Theory and Indi Hartwell as their successors.

Johnny Gargano announces the good news

On Thursday, Gargano posted two cute photos on his Twitter; the photo on the left has a monitor which displays “Baby Wrestling Coming February 2022!” indicating the baby will arrive early next year.

In the next photo, we see Gargano and his wife holding the ultrasound result along with their dog. Even the dog looked happy in this picture. Along with the photos, Gargan wrote a message saying a new team member is coming.

“The secret’s out! Our team is getting a little bigger. The best is on the way! Baby @CandiceLeRae,” he wrote.

WWE Raw Women’s champion Nikki A.S.H. immediately congratulated the couple on their newfound happiness.

Both the wrestlers have been portraying an on-screen couple for the past few years, and now with ‘The Way’ into the mix makes things more and more interesting, especially with Gargano and LeRae acting as the parents.

However, this doesn’t stop Indi Hartwell to start a love angle with Lumis.
