However, many also recognize her through his husband, the 2023 Royal Rumble Winner, Cody Rhodes. She has actively worked in the pro wrestling industry for quite some time. The former AEW official has left the Jacksonville-based promotion along with ‘The American Nightmare’ last year. Although his husband made his way to WWE, Brandi Rhodes didn’t appear anywhere on its programming. That being said, one cannot deny that she is a woman of many talents. She keeps herself engaged with activities away from the squared circle. However, meanwhile, people on the internet have labeled her a ‘homemaker’ that the former chief brand officer of AEW found really offensive.

Even though the article spoke highly of her, it addressed the television personality as a ‘full-time homemaker’. This caught the 39-year-old’s attention and thus, she soon took to Twitter to speak about it.

With a screen grab of the article, she wrote a furious caption expressing her feeling on the matter. In bold letters, she wrote, “STOP DOING THIS. IM NOT A HOMEMAKER.”

Along with it, she explained how she is working day and night on a project. Moreover, she clarified that not being on the wrestling scene doesn’t mean she is a homemaker. 

However, it wasn’t the first time she has been tagged for her disappearance from the wrestling industry. And every time she has voiced her opinion, including this one. But in this recent case, another fascinating thing happened when a citizen replied to the star’s post, which turned into an altercation soon.

One who follows Brandi Rhodes would know that she always voices her opinion, especially when someone points a finger at her. Similarly, when a Twitter user asked her why she feels insulted by a label of a ‘homemaker,’ the former ring-announcer had an answer. 

In response to it, she wrote, “It’s not an insult. No one asked me though, they just assumed and a label was chosen and placed on me publicly. I have a right to call that out. I’ve been working since I left wrestling on something amazing and had they asked before assuming they might have gotten that info”

After this in-depth explanation of Brandi Rhodes, it must have been clear to all what irritates her about the tag of ‘homemaker’. It isn’t the tag that annoys her, but the assumption of people about her ongoing professional career.
