With Solo Sikoa injured, is the Bloodline's reign in jeopardy? What do you think?

The Bloodlines has spread its wings far and high after WrestleMania 40. Their wave of terror was temporarily halted last week on the blue brand with Tonga Loa ending up as a victim of a brutal eye attack. Cody Rhodes is slated to face off against the new Tribal Chief (Solo Sikoa) at SummerSlam 2024, putting his coveted championship belt on the line after weeks of going back and forth.

In the process, Rhodes’ allies Randy Orton and Kevin Owens have come under the gunpoint of team Sikoa’s wrath. While The Viper was brutally put through the announcer’s table, Owens got to even the odds a bit last week. Moreover, the way that Tonga Loa has sold the injury has furthered the storyline and rivalry well.

On the July 19th episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Cody Rhodes kickstarted the show by calling out the Bloodline and Solo Sikoa for brutalizing Orton. After the A-Town Down Under made the interruption, Rhodes approached Nick Aldis for a match who gave him the go-ahead if he could find a partner. Sikoa alerted everyone on the roster, noting if they would help Rhodes, they would be on the Bloodline radar. That said, despite the threat, Kevin Owens came up to stand alongside the American Nightmare.

After the duo picked up the win in the tag team against the former WWE Tag Team champions and were busy celebrating the win with the crowd, The Bloodline made a chilling entry from behind. Sikoa and his ferocious allies launched a ruthless assault on Cody Rhodes. Owens found himself with an opportunity to inflict major damage as he raked Tonga Loa’s eyes, catching him off-guard momentarily. However, despite the setback, the Bloodline domination continued and the babyface duo faced another setback.

During the next week’s SmackDown tapings, we spotted the infamous faction targeting Cody Rhodes once again. Another clip showed Loa smoothly selling an eye patch, which invited praise from the WWE faithful.

Hikuleo could make his presence known in the WWE in the near future

Bloodline 2.0 is currently undergoing a riot in the division engaging all the new members in the battle. While they were seen getting on the nerves of Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens in the past few weeks, they are honing their vigor to face Roman Reigns and the OG Bloodline in due course. Jacob Fatu has spread the highest amount of ferocity and terror so far but since his seismic debut on SmackDown. Before that, the Tongan brothers earned their stripes by proudly forming a trio with Sikoa and putting every superstar in the division on notice.

Now, the fourth member that awaits to join the force is another Samoan force Hikuleo. The former NJPW superstar has been long rumored to sign with WWE. According to a report by Fightful Select, Hikuleo has already signed with WWE, and within the next few weeks, he will bring his mojo into the group. Whether it’s not confirmed whether he will align himself with Roman Reigns or Solo Sikoa, given the current momentum, a Bloodline 2.0 entry seems more feasible.

For the moment fans can look forward to The Bloodline taking on Rhodes &Co. Sikoa’s team will be hoping that they won’t have to suffer further misery like Tonga Loa and achieve their goals. What’s your take on Tonga Loa selling eye patches? Let us know in the comments.
