Mark Andrews is a former NXT UK champion. He was an avid wrestling fan from an early age and had the willpower to achieve his dream. Moreover, Andrews worked with several wrestling promotions such as Attack Pro Wrestling, Celtic Wrestling, and TNA, and left his mark there, before getting into the WWE. The fans affectionately named him ‘The Lightning Kid,’ for his speed and technique.

At WWE, the ‘Lightning Kid’ claimed the NXT UK Tag Team Championship in 2019. In the process, he became the first Welsh champion in NXT UK’s history along with his partner, Flash Morgan Webster. But, The NXT UK project has been abandoned by the promotion.
