‘The Empress of Tomorrow’ always enters any arena with her face covered by one of her many masks. At WWE Night of Champions, as she walked down the ramp, her mask came off her face, and was about to fall to the ground. But she didn’t let that happen as she quickly caught her mask in an effortless manner.

Not only did she save herself from embarrassment, but she also defeated Belair and captured the Raw Women’s Champion that day.
The Empress of Tomorrow becomes the new Raw Women’s Champ
Asuka knew defeating Belair won’t be easy, therefore she devised a plan to make her opponent lose at Night of Champions. The ending segment of the match saw her spit poison mist on her hand, which was covered with white tape.
When her opponent went for a K.O.D., she rubbed her poison-mist-covered hand on her eyes, giving her the opportunity to pin the champ and win the title. This was the second time she challenged ‘The EST’ for the title this year and this time she won the match.

The first time she faced the former Raw Women’s Champion was WrestleMania 39. It was after she became the no. 1 contender for the title after winning an Elimination Chamber match. That time she lost to her opponent. After weeks, she decided to go after the Raw title once again.
On May 12, Belair was in her hometown, Tennessee to celebrate her longest reign as the Raw Women’s Champion. After a short while, ‘The Empress of Tomorrow’ interrupted her celebration. She entered the ring and launched a ‘poison mist’ attack on her face. The mist got into her eyes, leading them to burn, which left her crying in pain.
