Dwayne Johnson is very happy to have celebrated his 52nd birthday in the best way last Thursday, May 2. Through his official Instagram account, the Black Adam actor shared a video where he thanked his fans and followers who greeted him stating that he had an excellent day with his family.

Taking to his X account, the Rock shared the clip of him thanking his fans. In the caption of the post he wrote, “Thank you all for the birthday love. 🥳🎂💝🙏🏾 Had an awesome day with the family and was a great time to get reflective and super grateful for the blessings. Remember don’t get pulled down into the sludge of negativity. It’s easy to be cynical & toxic but the real power will always be raising above the noise – with positive intentions and positive influence. Putting in the hard work, creating opportunities for yourself – and bring everyone else up with you. Most importantly, do fun s**t you love. 😉😂 Love and appreciate U. Back to work. 👊🏾💪🏾” The ‘sludge of negativity’ surely seems like a hint toward the bad PR and criticisms leveled toward the Hollywood star a few days ago.

Dwayne Johnson was accused of constantly being late to the filming of Red One. Complicating the making of the film that seeks to hit theaters on November 15. According to a report from The Wrap, the 52-year-old actor took up to 8 hours to get to the set, hurting the production team of the film directed by Jake Kasdan.

According to the U.S. portal, Dwayne Johnson’s constant tardiness caused a cost overrun of $50 million, provoking a reaction from executives and producers. Similarly, Amazon and MGM, the production companies in charge of Red One, acknowledged that the actor was often late. However, they specified that this was not so detrimental as to reschedule the release of the film. There were also reports that the Rock was also 3 hours late for WrestleMania but a representative from the WWE revealed them to be false. However, we are yet to find out if the allegations regarding ‘Red One’ are true or not. But what do you think? Are the allegations true?
