The Rock gave valuable life lessons to his fans

Fans hardly miss out on every tiny detail of their favorite superstars. As The Rock recently came up with a Q&A video in his Instagram feed, his white beard is what caught fans’ attention. The legend explained a lot about how he stopped chasing balance in his life and instead started finding it in his favorite things, including a gym and spending quality family time, etc.

Describing how just a late-night gym session is enough to put him in balance, the Brahma Bull noted, ‘So what helped me is I try to concentrate on the stuff that I have in my life that I love doing that gives me balance, that for me, well the biggest things is train. So it’s just past midnight u had, I landed. I immediately went into about two and a half three hours of work and then I got my ads here to the gym’.

Fans noticed The Rock’s ‘grey beard’

While the fans give heartfelt thanks to their childhood hero for those wise words, most of them commented about his visible aging sign. Some of the comments went, ‘Our the rock is getting old’, ‘U r getting old’s, Slowly getting old rock!. Some fans look a bit sad and nostalgic as well. They wrote, ‘Childhood hero is getting older day by day😢😢’. Some also think he is aging like a fine wine. A few of them responded by saying, ‘The grey goatee suits you man, keep it!’, but he is aging well!

Fans are quite aware of DJ’s tight workout routine. Being a fixture in the entertainment industry for nearly two decades and obviously a mainstream wrestler, he had no option except to end up hitting his own gym at late night sometimes. But what makes The Rock different is his passion and dedication to it. Still, even he can’t escape aging.

No matter how the fans feel about seeing their big silver screen figure as a victim of life’s inevitable destiny, it’s safe for us to hope that The Rock will only flourish both on a professional and personal level with his grey beard.
