Wrestling veteran and promoter Paul Heyman has named Stephanie McMahon as his favorite person in professional wrestling to test his promo skills and ability out with on a microphone.

Heyman himself becomes lethal with a microphone in his hands. Year after year, Heyman has never delivered a bad or underwhelming promo in his career; hence, when someone like Heyman names Stephanie as his favorite, that means she deserves it.

Paul Heyman admits Stephanie McMahon gets dangerous with a microphone in hand

Speaking with Ryan Satin on his Out of Character podcast, Heyman says Stephanie gets very lethal when she has a microphone in her hands.

He added that it’s because she is very much invested in her character whenever she steps foot inside the ring; he further says that she is always three steps ahead of her opponent and always works her way out.

“Because she’s very real out there; authentic. Whether she knows what you’re going to say or not know what you’re going to say, she’s three steps ahead at all times. If you’re not four steps ahead, you’re playing catch-up with her. And she’s so invested in the character.”

Heyman further added that Stephanie is often underrated whenever the WWE Universe thinks about who is the best talker in the industry.

“Just the little nuances that she does, the way she can sit there and stare you down and hold back the smile, but the smile starts to break through. A very underrated performer, and an interesting, intriguing, challenging person to stand across the ring with microphones in your hand. It can go different ways really quickly with Stephanie.” Heyman confessed.

His new alliance with Roman Reigns is proving so beneficial for the Tribal Chief. Heyman’s addition has uplifted his gimmick as a heel.
