Rhea Ripley is long known as a formidable heel since joining Damian Priest as part of Edge’s Judgment Day. She is set to defend her title against Nia Jax in her country this Saturday. In a recent episode of WWE’s The Bump, Ripley issued a final warning to Jax, addressing the personal animosity between them. Ripley expressed confusion over Jax’s persistent targeting, stating, “I feel like it is, but I don’t really know why. I don’t understand why Nia has targeted me the way that she has. I get that I am the top dog; I’m the Women’s World Champion. But you can’t just come back and sneak attack people until you get a title shot. Like you haven’t stepped in the ring with me one-on-one.”

Despite Nia Jax’s sneak attacks, Mami remains resolute, asserting her championship status. She also questioned the challenger’s entitlement to a title shot.

Reflecting on their encounters, Ripley emphasized her victory over Jax and others in Saudi Arabia. She stated, “We went to Saudi Arabia I beat all five women and I retained my women’s world championship,”

Ripley stated, “She did have a match with Becky, yeah, and she did beat Becky Lynch, the man, Becky Lynch. So once she did that, she had something, I don’t know. She had an ego, she had a chip on her shoulder. So what did she do? She comes back after me.” But Ripley quickly clarified that yet, her tactics remained the same—attacking her from behind.
