The quest for being the most dominant female in the women’s division pitted Rhea Ripley against a number of women in the WWE. Despite several incredible demonstrations of her strength, Ripley finally met her match in Nia Jax. Jax returned and laid waste to Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez on her first night back.

However, with Jax leaving a trail of destruction in her path, one 32-year-old star who has beef with Ripley is willing to work things out. Will an alliance of old foes be able to stop Jax?

Raquel Rodriguez hints at a team-up with Rhea Ripley

Raquel Rodriguez has been among the most dominant forces in the women’s division. Her feud with Ripley to cement her spot has been something that fans enjoy watching. However, since Jax’s return to RAW, she has been a roadblock for both women.

While talking on The Bump on October 4, 2023, Rodriguez was asked about her chances of teaming up with Ripley. This was in order to take down Jax if necessary. While not being against the idea, Rodriguez replied, “I think even after Monday, Rhea and I obviously do have similar beef with Nia.” Jax took out both women during their match on the night of her return.

She explained how she would be willing to put their personal differences aside to take on Jax if needed. Rodriguez also said, “But I’m not totally going to turn away the idea that she’s on my side.” Jax made it clear that she aims to clinch the honor of being the most dominant star of the division back, which Ripley currently holds.

In conclusion, she added, “I know Rhea Ripley, I know exactly the games that she plays.” This hinted at her knowing not to trust Ripley but to join forces to face Jax when needed. The Ripley and Rodriguez feud is not yet over, but with Jax laying waste, someone needs to take her out. However, Jax did make it clear why she was here.

The real reason behind Jax’s return

Jax made her surprise return to Monday Night RAW during the Ripley vs Rodriguez match. She laid both women out, resulting in Ripley being injured and not appearing in the night RAW episode. She then went after Zoey Stark and Piper Niven.

Stark tried to stop her during a one-on-one, but it did not end well for her. Jax solidified that she is currently the baddest person on RAW and will not stop her trail of destruction.
