“She’s a Lioness”: Fans Praying for Speedy Recovery of Female WWE Star, Who Impressed Rapper Drake With Her Moves

One of the top talents of WWE NXT got transported to a hospital after suffering a serious injury recently. This happened when the 23-year-old NXT superstar became a victim of a sneak attack in the parking lot. However, it’s been over a week now. She underwent surgery, which was successful as per her update to all her fans. 

The American wrestler Faith Jefferis aka Nikkita Lyons is one of the promising talents of NXT. So much so that her impressive performance once mesmerized the well-known Canadian rapper Drake. He then started following Lyons on social media after seeing her iconic split finisher on her NXT debut against Kayla Inlay.

Ever since The Lioness was injured, fans have been pouring in their support for her. They sent all their love and wishes to the young wrestler to get well soon.

Fans wished a speedy recovery to NXT superstar

After the painful injury, Lyons went for surgery that turned into a success. She updated everyone through her Twitter post, which also included gratitude toward the WWE Universe and her Lyons Pride, who supported her all this while. In return, fans wished well for their beloved female wrestler and prayed for her speedy recovery. 

Not only did the fans pray for Nikkita but also cheered for her as they can’t wait to see her return and finally capture some NXT Women’s Championship.

This unfortunate incident happened during one of the parking lot segments of the yellow brand. The injury looked serious, as Lyons had to be taken to the hospital later. Even though the attackers remained unknown, the cameraman did show the powerful wrestler holding her ankle and screaming in pain. However, some pointed fingers at Zoey Stark as she was seen leaving the parking lot when the incident happened.

The sour relationship between Zoey Stark and Nikkita Lyons

One more reason behind fans guessing Zoey Starks as the attacker is the sour relationship between her and Lyons. In the past couple of months, they both formed an alliance to contend for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles. However, things went the other way when tensions started brewing between the two.
