Banks’ opinion on Asuka is quite ironic considering the heated rivalry they had this year. She said, “Asuka is, if not one of the best, the best competitor in our division. And she is a legend in Japan. She is one of the longest-reigning champions in our company.”

“We have thrown it down in the past, but I feel like every single day, we want to get better in every single way. We want to do the best. And now that we represent our own brands, and being the champions, we’re really just going to go there Sunday and prove who is the best of the best.”

Banks and Asuka put on classics on Raw and SummerSlam. These are matches that will go down as some of the best of 2020. Fans will hope their Survivor Series clash adds another classic to their rivalry.

Sasha Banks’ confidence is commendable, considering she is going up against one of the best in the world. ‘The Boss’ said, “SmackDown is Team Blue. That’s why my hair is blue. It’s why I’m the Blueprint. That’s why I’m really the greatest. I have to show her that I’m the best at everything. She is great. But I’m greater.”

Banks’ will represent SmackDown with all her heart and soul. The Boss has been running the women’s division in 2020, competing on Raw, SmackDown, and NXT. She’s won the Raw, SmackDown, and Tag Team Championships this year. These probably make her the MVP of 2020.

Asuka herself has not had a poor 2020. She held the Tag Team Championships and the Raw Women’s Championship. Asuka even won the Money in the Bank briefcase, which automatically led to her being awarded the Women’s Championship. The Japanese sensation even recorded wins against Bayley, Charlotte, and of course Sasha Banks herself.
