“She Did So Much…” – 49-Year-Old ECW Original Feels Grateful for WWE Star Lita as She Helped Him During Crucial Times

The world is full of wonders. You never know where you might find one. A simple act of kindness can also make somebody’s day. Especially when you help someone professionally, they will remember it for the rest of their lifetime. Such cases happen around the world all the time. However, the all-time fan-favorite Lita also once helped a man in need who remembers her after all this time.

The female WWE star has been seen in various places during her professional life. Although she is now signed to the leading sports entertainment company, her connections from other promotions have not forgotten about her at all.

ECW star recalls his WWE friend

In a fairly recent episode of the podcast ‘Busted Open’, an ECW original star appeared. Danny Doring took a trip to his past and recalled his favorite moments. The male wrestler couldn’t forget how Lita once helped him during his establishing days. ‘Miss Congeniality’ debuted in ECW in April 1999 as the on-screen love interest of Doring. Due to the nature of their characters, the two had to work together often. This is the part where the former ECW star helped her kayfabe date.

“She did so much for our careers, Roadkill and I, as anything. She gave our characters depth; she put us on the map as far as all that goes. So we owe a lot to her,” confessed Doring while talking about the 47-year-old wrestler. It is sure that he feels grateful to have met a mentor like her. Given the success Doring found after Miss Congeniality’s entry into his life, it is not wrong that he feels like owing her everything. Doring, in fact, isn’t the only one who respected Lita for her character.

WWE will soon see Lita fighting a fan

A little girl from California grew up liking wrestling. She also idolized Lita as one of the best female wrestlers of all time. After writing her a letter at the age of 12, little did Bayley know that she will be facing her in this lifetime. The ‘fan-to-star’ connection between the two reached its peak. However, the lifelong storyline will now come to somewhat of a conclusion.
