Last night’s Raw opened up a lot of avenues for the show. There were many elements of it that stood out and showed the writers’ burst of creativity. However, some things slipped under the cracks, and one of them was during Sasha Banks’ match against Shayna Baszler.

Shayna Baszler is known to be a very aggressive wrestler. Her dominant personality and actions led to her being the undisputed queen of NXT at one point. She is undoubtedly a master of the art.

In her match against Sasha Banks, Baszler demonstrated a masterstroke of genius. While she had Banks in a cross arm hold, the latter had to break out of it by making a roll to the ropes.

What Sasha didn’t realize, or possibly may not have been conscious of, is that her arm was at a wrong angle. This meant that if she pulled off the move she was going to, she would have most probably broken her arm.

However, Shayna Baszler was alert and noticed this. You can see what she did in order to save Banks’ from disaster in the post attached below.

Shayna Baszler has a lot of experience that she can share

Most fans may have not noticed this quick save from Baszler. It was something that came out of years and years of experience.

The reason this save must be so appreciated is that WWE cannot have Sasha Banks out due to an injury right now. She is at the center of the web of storylines of the Women’s division. Raw needs her to be good at least until SummerSlam, and possibly further than that.

Crucial Superstars like Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar have been out of action. WWE doesn’t need to hear news of another Superstar being injured. Baszler may have pulled off a much bigger save than she is credited for.

While many fans did not notice this action, those that did were quick to praise her. The veteran Superstar can stand as an example and teach the younger wrestlers, such that they act in the same way she did in similar circumstances.
