The Wrestling Blog account tweeted out that Seth Rollins has pitched the idea of coming out as The Joker to the WWE management for WrestleMania 39. The account also added that while some people have supported the idea, Rollins didn’t get an official yes, so the idea was still hanging in the balance.

In the promotional videos for WrestleMania 39, we can see Rollins dressed up as Joaquin Phoenix’s 2019 Joker. Also, going along with the idea of ‘Mania in Hollywood, Rollins coming out as a celebrated movie figure would go amazing with the crowd. His match is against internet celebrity Logan Paul, so it is a high chance that many fans will be tuning in around that time.

But this isn’t the first time that Rollins came out as a pop culture icon. Over the years, as he has grown his brand through the WWE Universe, he has flown his wings in the creative department as well.

Amazing outfits that Rollins brought to the fray

When it comes to the superhero genre, Rollins has already done a bunch of them. From Deadpool at SummerSlam 2017 to Wolverine at Extreme Rules 2019. Talking about Joker, Rollins also wore a Joker-esque suit, green and purple, inspired by the Cesar Romero portrayal in the ’60s.

Rollins also brought his favorite wrestlers’ iconic outfits back as well when he dressed up as Dusty Rhodes, Rey Mysterio, and Rob Van Dam. We hope that this rumor turns out to be true and that we see another iconic Rollins outfit when he takes his spin on the Joker character at WrestleMania 39.
