“Set Up by the Rock”: Fans Presume Roman Reigns’ Bloodline Member Is Dwayne Johnson’s ‘Infiltrator’

Dwayne Johnson has stayed away from the WWE ring as a performer for quite some time. The 10-time World Champion wrestled his last match for the promotion six years ago at WrestleMania 32.

But there are reports and rumors of a possible Rock return to set up a match with his cousin, the Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns, next year at WrestleMania.

Fans have been speculating and discussing how DJ’s return will happen and lead into a match with Reigns at the Show of Shows. Although, nothing is concrete yet but a Twitter user came up with a very intriguing theory on how The Rock could return.

Roman Reigns and The Bloodline has been the centerpiece of WWE’s storytelling for over a year now. With the addition of Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa, the faction is much stronger.

On a recent episode of RAW during a Bloodline segment as the Usos and Sami Zayn asked Solo Sikoa to join in a hug, the Silent Enforcer just stood watching and didn’t indulge.

This led a Twitter user to predict that Sikoa may turn on the group and reveal that the elders of the Samoan Family sent him and eventually bring in The Rock to set up his feud with Reigns. This theory took the internet by storm as fans expressed their thoughts.

Fans react to Solo Sikoa possibly bringing in Dwayne Johnson

The Bloodline has been a massive part of WWE programming recently and has cemented themselves as a top act in the company. The storyline line and journey of Sami Zayn from being an outsider to become an ‘honorary Uce’ captivated the audience.

Recently, Roman Reigns and his family picked up the win in the War Games match at Survivor Series. After this win, Reigns kept staring down at Sikoa, who didn’t raise his hand celebrating the win.

Moreover, in the recent episode of RAW, Jey Uso, who has had a difficult relation with Zayn, hugged the former Intercontinental Champion as they buried their differences. As the Usos and Zayn were celebrating, they asked Sikoa to join in. But the Enforcer looked in silence.

All this led to a Twitter user coming up with the theory that Sikoa maybe the one to turn on Reigns and will reveal that the elders sent him to keep the Tribal Chief in check.

The user also said they might end up calling Dwayne Johnson to start his feud with Reigns. This theory took Twitter by storm, and the fans shared what they thought of it.

Some fans had even more fun at this theory and recalled the infamous Rikishi promo.

Fand couldn’t get enough of this possibility leading to The Rock’s mega return.

There have been reports of The Great One returning to the ring to face The Head of the Table. The Rock himself has teased the match, but so far WWE is keeping its plans under wraps.

If Sikoa does turn out to be an infiltrator and sides with Dwayne Johnson for his big return, it will lead to some interesting TV spots.
