When Brock Lesnar debuted in WWE in 2002, the company had major plans for him. They quickly advertised him as ‘The Next Big Thing’ a few days after his first main roster appearance in WWE.

However, a WWE legend says that one WCW World Champion would easily defeat Lesnar in a real fight. If you think it’s Goldberg, then you’re wrong. This former world champion was in WWE when The Beast wrestled on SmackDown.

A few years ago, Jim Cornette shared a tweet in which he stated how the scenario of Brock Lesnar vs Scott Steiner would be. He made some big claims which shocked the wrestling fans.

As per Cornette, in a pro-wrestling match, The Beast Incarnate would easily defeat Steiner. However, he said in an actual fight, Big Poppa Pump would, “eat Brock’s eyeballs and laugh.”

Steiner was a tag team wrestler alongside his brother Rick Steiner in WWE in the first run. However, in 1997 he went under a major noticeable change in his physic which made him a big attraction in wrestling. He won the WCW World Title before returning to WWE as a main event wrestler in 2002 who wrestled on RAW.

Moreover, everyone is familiar with Lesnar’s first run in WWE. He debuted in 2002 and won the WWE Championship after 125 days defeating The Rock. Lesnar was also a major WWE attraction but moved to SmackDown after becoming champion.

A match between The Beast and Big Poppa Pump would have been a money-making match. Sadly, they never crossed paths in WWE, and even the company never made any plans for them from around 2002 to 2004.
