WWE Superstar and NXT Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair appeared on SmackDown as a part of the brand-to-brand promotion between RAW, SmackDown and NXT. Her return was met with resistance from Sasha Banks and Bayley, who immediately cut her off during her promo.
‘The Queen’ Charlotte Flair returns to SmackDown
Charlotte entered the ring and explained why she was there in the first place. “The world wants more Charlotte Flair,” the Superstar said when SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley and Sasha Banks questioned her.

“Get out of our ring!” Bayley said, insinuating that Flair was only an outsider, and that she should stay in NXT and “be a role model for the young talent”.
When Bayley let Flair know that she had beaten her twice before, ‘The Queen’ fired back saying, “The first time you beat me, I was unconscious, and the second time took you a full makeover, and a bad, I mean, new haircut to get the job done.”
The two have had a long-standing feud, which was put on the shelf only when Flair went to the NXT.
Mind games with Banks?
‘The Queen’ tried to sow some seeds of discord between Sasha Banks and Bayley, former tag team partners.
“You’re a 6-time women’s champion, a future Hall of Famer, the boss, the blueprint, and you’re telling me you’re content standing in Bayley’s corner, that you’re content being an afterthought?” Flair said, clearly trying to drive a wedge between Banks and Bayley.
Flair and Banks have had a steady rivalry since early 2019. Banks has the second-longest Women’s Championship title reign, beaten only by Becky Lynch.
Bayley, enraged by Flair trying to turn her friend Sasha against her, immediately challenged The Queen to a match.

“Fox would love to have me on their show again, so challenge accepted,” Flair replied, cementing their match up in the coming week. This may also mean that Charlotte is back in action, battling for the top titles in RAW and SmackDown.

WWE has wasted no time in bringing in a new performer to become the new face of the organization. Though there is a lot of talent in WWE, none fit the role better than Charlotte Flair.
